I really appreciate your carting me around and actually working to sell me a home. I have been interested in buying a house for many years and at least once every six months or so called an agent about this house or that. I found every single time if I wasn't going to buy their house they really weren't interested, not to mention the at least 10 realtors that never returned my calls! I didn't mention any of that before because I know its alot of pressure to hear how bad all the other ones are:P I know I would never have bought this house or any other house any time soon without the aid of a good realtor ie YOU!
